Ben has been with blue goose for five years and has over 10 years internal communication experience. Strategic and research driven, Ben provides support on all our projects, providing a focal point for our thinking on information security.

Milly James: Director

Milly has been with blue goose for 11 years and brings over 20 years’ internal communications experience to the team. As well leading on larger projects, Milly oversees our entire client services offering, ensuring all our clients receive a first-rate experience.  

Ian Cook: Account Director

Ian joined blue goose in 2017 and has proved an invaluable member of the team. With a background in HR communication, Ian brings strategic and consultative support to all our projects as well as his editorial experience from a range of sectors. 

Susie Phillips: Senior Account Manager

Susie joined blue goose five years ago from Bell Pottinger. She has over seven years’ experience in communications roles, bringing calm unflappability to all her work, as well as specific expertise in copywriting and tone of voice. 

Ellie Barrington: Account Executive

Ellie joined blue goose two years ago and has developed her skills in support of all our major projects. She brings technical interrogation to all her projects, with a focus on all emerging digital innovations.

Andy Howe: Creative Director

Andy is the longest serving member of our team, helping to inspire all of blue goose’s creative output. With his eye for a clever line and graphic device, Andy helps make the complex simple, and ensures our work always feels cutting edge.  

Paul Buchanan: Animator & Senior Designer

Paul has been with blue goose for over seven years and helps bring our work to life through animation and film. As well as being our motion picture expert, Paul also contributes brilliant ideas to all our creative campaigns. 

Annie Kruse: Designer

Annie joined us in 2017 and brings over 20 years’ award-winning experience to our work. She’s worked in a range of marketing roles and provides input from concept to production. You can follow Annie on her own design blog, Stylejuicer.

Harriet Clare: Designer

Harriet also joined us in 2017, having worked in a range of recruitment advertising and internal communication roles. Having studied fashion, she brings style and creativity to all she does, helping our campaigns stand out from the crowd.
