Royal Mail delivers postal service to more than 29 million addresses across the UK. Over recent years the business has been facing many challenges including growing competition, falling mail volumes and a downturn in the economy.
In response it set about transforming its commercial and operational capabilities: new products were launched, innovative technical solutions introduced and efficiency improvements made.
A sharper focus
Royal Mail asked blue goose to support development of a more customer-centric mindset aligned to a sharper commercial consciousness through their Operational Talent Programme. The programme aims to identify and support employees who have the attitudes and aptitudes, ambition and passion to build help a business truly worthy of the title 'World Class'.
Elevating the opportunity
We created a name and identity – Elevate – and produced the core assets for communicating the programme based around a bold graphic and copy style which supported the simple message: opportunity awaits if you seize it.
